Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is a lovely boutique option located just steps away from the main plaza in Merida. The surroundings are beautiful and the rooms are quite spacious, but street noise can be bothersome. The dining experience leaves a bit to be desired, and while the staff is helpful, the service could be more attentive. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, especially considering the value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location right in the center of town was truly convenient. However, I faced major issues with noise coming from the streets which really disrupted my peace, along with some problems in the room that detracted from my stay. The food options weren't great either, leaving me looking for better meals outside the hotel.
My stay at this hotel brought a mix of charm and some inconveniences. The historic building added an authentic touch to my experience, and the central location made it easy to explore Merida. However, the noise from the street was quite bothersome at times, and the dining options could use improvement. Overall, for the price, it was a decent stay with some unique qualities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Merida with stunning views. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony, but the street noise disrupted the peace quite a bit. While the staff was accommodating, I found the tour service to be misleading, resulting in extra costs. Overall, there are great aspects like the ambiance and food, but I wouldn't recommend their tours.
While the hotel has a few redeeming qualities, like the charming décor and spaciousness of the rooms, my experience was marred by significant issues including noise disruption and plumbing problems. Despite its appealing features, I cannot recommend staying here due to the overall discomfort and poor management response to concerns.
